Ashley Doust and Aaron Buban

Ashley Doust and Aaron Buban are the 2016 recipients of the Cape Memorial Fund Scholarships.
Thank you for providing this generous opportunity to students who are working very hard through rough financial times. It is people like you that reinforce the fact that hard work will eventually pay off.

I have never received a scholarship like this before and I just wanted you to know that it will not be wasted. I like to take each semester as a challenge and I am very eager to get started on this next one! ~ Aaron Buban

I am so grateful for the scholarship, one of the most wonderful surprises to receive.  I feel incredibly overjoyed and appreciative that my hard work at UWM was noticed and I could not be more thankful.  As the Valedictorian in high school in Ashland, WI, this is my first scholarship.

My financial support has been dependent on part time work at a movie theater and loans;  this has helped out an incredible amount. Thank you MOWF. ~Ashley Doust
