GiftEd Assist Recipients

The GiftEd Assist Program

The Mensa of Wisconsin Foundation recognizes that gifted education programs are woefully underfunded and GT teachers are constantly having to make do with less. The GiftEd Assist program provides school districts with classic gifted education texts to serve as a resource for teachers, students and parents. Listed below are the schools and districts who benefited from this year's program.

We just received the two books (The Gifted Teen Survival Guide and Teaching Gifted Kids in Today’s Classroom) and are very grateful to have these as resources. We are in the process of planning staff development for our teachers and both of these books will be very valuable.

Thank you for offering these resources to our district!

Linzi Gronning, De Soto MS/HS Principal
Interim Superintendent
